Get your Google Pixel Buds 2a charging case battery replaced

For in-warranty and out-of-warranty damages, Pixel Buds have support options.

Check warranty status before you start your battery replacement

At the Google Store repair center in a supported country or region.

Tip: You need to sign into your Google Account.

To learn more about your limited warranty on your Pixel Buds:

  • Navigate to settings. Select More settings and then Safety, warranty & regulatory.

Self-Repair

If your device is out of warranty, obtain the parts through iFixit.

  1. Review the list of official parts for battery replacement. Refer to Pixel Buds 2a service bill of materials.
  2. Get a replacement battery from iFixit.
  3. To fix your Buds, follow the steps in the Pixel Buds 2a repair manual.
