- On your computer, open Google Maps.
- Click Menu

- In the prompt box, enter a question.
- Tap Send

- You can continue to ask follow-up questions.

Find conversations in your chat history
- On your computer, open Google Maps.
- Click Menu

- To find a list of your past conversations, tap History

- To load a past conversation, tap it.
Delete conversations from your chat history
- On your computer, open Google Maps.
- Click Menu
Ask Maps.
- Tap History

- Next to the conversation you want to delete, tap Delete
.
- Important: You can only delete the full conversation, not just a part of it.

- Under the response, tap Thumbs-down
